Jiu Jitsu

We simply call our martial arts program jiu jitsu. While based in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu we also borrow techniques from Judo, Wrestling, Sambo, Muay Thai, Karate, Kickboxing, and Kali. Ultimately anything we find effective we implement. Our classes are usually a combination of both drilling techniques and sparring. We keep the sparring as real as possible yet as safe as possible. We reserve the right to expel any student who does not comply with our rules.
